Series quality and accuracy

Sporting success requires the utmost in quality and accuracy. The foundations for this lie in production. Over the course of more than 60 years we have been able to accumulate a unique amount of knowledge and skills for manufacturing diabolos for air rifles and bullets. The combination of expert craftsmanship and a sense of accuracy, innovative strength and state-of-the-art technology forms the basis of our success.

 
Quality that’s made in Germany

Where production is concerned, we rely solely on our own skills: From wire production to bullet and pellet manufacture through to surface finishing and making all the tools, we carry out every single stage in our Hann. Münden factory.

Accuracy thanks to the compression method

We manufacture diabolos and bullets exclusively by cold swaging (compression). In compression sections of wire are worked under high pressure to form diabolos and blanks. This helps to avoid potential faults in casting, such as shrinkage holes, deviation in form or properties and hardness. The uniformity achieved with this technique is very high.

Our aim: products that are totally faultless

Our production strategy aims to manufacture products that are 100% free of faults. Only selected materials are allowed in our production processes. Our processes are described comprehensively by our rigorous standards. Integral quality objectives are used to monitor our processes continuously. Apart from visual inspections and checks of dimensions we also conduct firing tests. The accuracy and impact of our products is checked on 10m, 30m and 50m shooting ranges by shooting targets and ballistic soap. To this end we have access to a wide range of different types of modern weapons that are commercially available.

In addition, selected top products are individually sorted and packed by hand even today.
