Manuela Schmermund was the first medal winner of the German team in London. The 40-year-old woman got silver by shooting with airgun. In 2004 in Athens Schmermund had won gold, four years ago in Peking she earned a silver medal, too.

 

 

 

 

 

Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson is  the best paralympic shooter in New Zealand. He won a bronze medal at the Paralympics in 2012 in London, gold in 2004 in Athens and bronze in 2008 in Peking. At the World Championship in the years 2006 and 2010 he also won gold. In London he was honoured by carrying the flag of New Zealand at the opening ceremony.
